Choose your vehicle

This is the place, where you have to choice the type of car, that you need. Please be sure, that you are making the right selection. Special attention to the amount of baggage you are carring. You know better than us, if the baggage makes you decide for a larger car.

• Minivan: max. PAX 7 (5 suitcases + 5 handbags or cabin bags)
  
  Please Confirm the amount of passangers, because there are 2 difrent minivan sizes: 7 seats + reasonable baggage space / 6 seats + a lot off baggage space.
• Private Taxi: max. PAX 4 (2 suitcases + 2 handbags or cabin bags)
  
  Sedan car. It can be a VW Passat, Citroen C5 or similar car with confortable capacity up to 3 passengers. For 4 passangers we recommend to choice a minivan. All our cars are equiped with air conditioned.

Personal details

• Lead passenger name: We require a name to contact you. For the meeting, we use to show a sign with this name. A special sign, or a sign with an other name, is also able. If this is the case, please remark this on Special requirements.
• Lead passenger phone: This is the way to contact you in case of any trouble, or change during your journey.

Outward transfer details

• Passengers: You have to include all passangers. Including Childrens and Babies.
• Flight number or ship name:
  • If you are arriving by plane: Flight number (for ex.: BA480 from London, or FR2101 from Stansted ). We need this info, to track your flight.
  • If you are arriving by Ship: Ship's Name (for example: Pacific Princess or Queen Mary).
• Flight/ship/train arrival date & time: Type the Flight, or Ship arrival (Date &Time). This is the pickup time for us. Our driver will consider some extra time for the baggage collection. If you are interested to be picked up later, please give us instructions on Special requirements.

• Destination place: The name of the hotel, or campsite, or apartments, etc.
