Return of payments
In the event that a payment may have been generated in duplicate, please use the form on this web page called "Contact Us", and we will verify the payments received. If so, the amount of the duplicates will be returned, except for the commission that the payment gateway has charged for the collection.
In the event that you cancel the service that you have contracted, your payment will be refunded only in the case that this is contemplated in the terms and conditions of the service in question. Most of our services do not accept refunds for cancellation. But some do. Consult the conditions of the service you have contracted.
